I’m an AI engineer, which mostly means I’m professionally obligated to oscillate between screaming “This is incredible!” and “We are all so doomed.”
I write Uni Make It, a playbook on treating your job like a startup where AI is the talent and you are the CEO, for mid-career professionals ready to turn their decades of experience into an unfair advantage.

I started this project because I realized the “Employee” business model is broken.
If your value comes only from “doing the work,” you are in trouble. AI is faster, cheaper, and never sleeps.
But there is a way to flip the script. You need to stop thinking like an Employee (selling time) and start thinking like a Founder (building assets).
Here is the “Agency of One” Model:
You are the CEO. Your job is strategy, taste, and quality control.
Your Boss is your Client. They pay for results, not effort.
AI is your Staff. You hire agents to execute the heavy lifting.
When you operate this way, you decouple your income from your hours. You stop competing with AI and start managing it. You practice entrepreneurship every single day, with the safety net of a salary.
The hard part isn’t the technology. It’s the Identity Shift.
We are wired to wait for permission. We are wired to be “workers.” Breaking that wiring feels impossible.
That is where my dad comes in (the guy in the jacket above).
At 67, after decades of being a “Smoker” (a deeply ingrained identity), he decided to update his firmware. He didn’t just quit a habit; he became a different person. He’s on Day 200+ of being smoke-free.
If he can rewrite his identity at 67, we can rewrite ours.
